Our stamp of approval has been vital to our success and that will also be mirrored with our Apprenticeship program.

BENEFITS OF OUR APPRENTICESHIP OFFERING

Young apprentices will be greeted with 1st class facilities with the best tools, best rigs and best environment that will engage and inspire our budding Apprentices.

Our Tutors and Assessors all have decades of occupational and teaching experience, with relatable communication that creates a buzz in the classroom and workplace.

Recruitment & Pastoral Care

Brian Scaddan Apprenticeships have a responsibility to the companies and Apprentices to get the most from the process. It starts with an interview and discussion regarding what the young person wants from their experience and understanding what inspires them (each student is different) and what they will need in ongoing support.

Our reputation means we care about our students completing the Apprenticeship and being in the best position to have a successful career in Electrical Engineering space. This guarantees the best results for your business in the long term.

Further Curricular Opportunities

We want to develop a fully rounded Apprentice and hence we will offer free training in Sales, Personal Development and Marketing. This is important as it will build confidence and skills that will benefit the employer in many new ways.

Small Business Personally Over-Delivering

Brian Scaddan Apprenticeships is not a public institution or an affiliate of big business. Our success is based on your success. It is a partnership that benefits in all parties being successful and that brings a personal service that bigger and established Apprentice networks don’t guarantee.
